摘要
济南分公司0.8 Mt/a催化裂化装置汽提段汽提效率较低,采用洛阳石油化工工程公司研究所开发的新型汽提段进行技术改造,改造后焦炭中H/C由9.10%降低为7.87%,节约蒸气0.92 t/h,取得了较好的经济效益。
The stripping efficiency of the stripping section of 0.8Mt/a FCC plant in Jinan Branch Co..was relatively low.Technical revamp was made with a new type of stripping section developed by Research In stitute of Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Co..After the revamp,the H/C in the coke was decreased from 9.10% to 7.87%,steam was saved by an amount of 0.92t/h,and good economic profits were obtained.
