摘要
本文论述了高职院校的实践教学注重学生创新能力培养的必要性,指出高职院校的学生是完全能够开发创新潜能的,从重视创新思维中的个体特征培养、发散思维培养和非智力因素培养三个方面说明了实践教学的创新教育应关注的问题,提出了应从教学思想、目标、内容、环境、手段、考核方法等方面做好实践教学环节的设计。
This paper discusses the necessity of cultivating students' innovative ability in the practical teaching in vocational colleges and points out that the students are completely able to develop innovative potential. It also brings forth problems to be watched in cultivating innovative thinking from the cultivations of individual character, divergent thinking and non-intelligent factors and stresses that practice teaching link design should be done according to teaching ideology, object, content, environment, means and assessment methods, etc.
