摘要
目的:观察大黄建中汤治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的疗效。方法:将120例患者按中医临床辨证分为脾胃虚寒、肝郁气滞、胃阴不足、湿热积滞4型,治疗4周,其中80例应用大黄建中汤者为治疗组,并设40例应用吗丁啉治疗者为对照组。结果:治疗组和对照组临床症状总有效率分别为90%和72.5%,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:大黄建中汤治疗FD疗效显著,适宜于各证型的治疗,且无不良反应。
Objective ：To observe the therapeutic effect of Dahuang Jianzhong Decoction on functional dyspepsia （FD）. Methods ：120 cases of FD were divided into four syndrome typesdeficiency-cold of the spleen and stomach,stagnation of the liver-qi,insufficiency of stomach-yin and accumulation of damp-heat,and they were treated for 4 weeks. The treatment group（n= 80） were treated with Dahuang Jianzhong Decoction, and the control group （n= 40） with Motilium. Results：The total effective rate for the clinical symptoms was 90% in the treatment group and 72. 5% in the control group,with a significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion： Dahuang Jianzhong Decoction has significant therapeutic effect on FD, and it is proper for various syndrome types with no adverse effect.
