摘要
阴离子通道在调节植物生长发育,营养吸收及适应干旱、盐胁迫、铝毒和缺磷胁迫等不良环境中起重要作用。本文总结介绍了它们在植物体内的广泛定位,细胞功能,基本性质和介入的可能的信号传导过程,使研究者更加深刻地认识植物体中的阴离子通道,以便对各种类型阴离子通道的进一步研究。另外,本文还介绍了保卫细胞膜上S-型阴离子通道的可能蛋白质组成和小麦根尖编码铝诱导苹果酸分泌转运体的可能基因,旨在探讨阴离子通道分子生物学基础的研究方法。
Anion channels play a very important role in regulating plant growth and development, nutrient uptake and adverse environment adaptation such as drought, salt stress, A1 toxicity and P deficiency. They located on different organelles and their characteristics were different. Thus, their regulatory mechanisms, which were complex, were different. The extensive localization, cell function, primary characters and possible signal transduction process of intervention of anion channel were comparative reviewed in this article in order to facilitate the further study. In contrast to the large amount of information on physiological role of anion channels, the molecular biochemistry knowledge is quite few. In addition, this paper introduces the possible protein components of S-type anion channel in guard cell protoplast membrane and the genes encoding the transporter facilitating A1 induced malate efflux in wheat root apex for the purpose of exploring the research technique on anion channel based on molecular biology.
