摘要
在分析国外炼油工业资源节约现状与发展趋势的基础上,指出了我国炼油工业资源节约的现状和采取的主要措施以及存在的主要问题,提出了我国加快建设节约高效的现代炼油工业要采取的6条主要措施。
Based on the analysis of resources saving status and development trends of foreign refining industry, the article points out resources saving status of China' s refining industry and main measures having been taken as well as major existing problems. It also puts forward 6 main measures China should be taken to accelerate the construction of economical and high-efficiency modern refining industry.
