摘要
复杂产品的研制和开发通常需要经过若干个阶段,每个阶段对文档数据的管理要求各不相同,传统的协同文档管理系统忽略了这个事实。针对上述问题,提出了库的概念,作为存储和管理文档数据的基本逻辑单位。基于工作流给出库迁移模型,实现文档数据在库之间的自动流转,解决文档跨域协同设计问题。提出了基于项目和库的逻辑和物理全分布数据存储方案,可满足海量数据存储和不同设计阶段的数据安全管控要求。这些方法适用于支持复杂产品的协同设计的文档管理系统的研制与开发。
There are several stages during the course of R&D for complicated products, and different stage requires different document management system. However the traditional collaborative document management system has ignored this aspect. In order to deal with this problem, the concept of library was introduced as the basic logic unit for storage and management of document data corresponding to the phases. Also, a library transfer model based on workflow was presented to implement the automatic document transfer among libraries and the cross-domain collaborative design of document was realized. The logic and physical distributed data storage scheme was designed based on the concepts of project and library, which could meet the requirements of mass data storage and safe management & control of different product design stages. The proposed method could be applied in R&D of document management system for complicated products collaborative design.
