Harmony is people＇s a kind of perceptions and expectances to social existent environment, is a social psychic factor that bases on material world and also independent from it, and is a carrier with affluent cultural connotation. Harmonious society is a organic combination and ＂trinity＂ of harmonious economy, harmonious politics and harmonious culture. Harmonious culture is a cultural aesthetics and cultural reforge of harmonious economy and har- monious politics. Recognizing the position and function of harmonious culture in building harmonious society can make us more ini.tiatively erect scientific development conception, accurate political achievement conception and scientific talents conception, impel economy and society to be in entirety, concerted and continual development; can make us more attentive to the ＂social fair＂ at the same time when we advocating ＂efficiency for first＂, and try hard to build a harmonious humanistic environment that everyone could respectively do their best.could get their wants but would rather helping each other; and can make us prefer to construct socialistic advanced culture, to settle solid fundament of thought and culture for building harmonious society.
