摘要
该文提出中国西部边境旅游规划的协调性、前瞻性和引导性3大特性。同时文章认为,西部边境旅游规划应遵循生态保护、特色化和深度化3大原则。文章最后提出了西部边境旅游规划的程序,并以新疆克孜勒苏柯尔克孜自治州、喀什地区、阿克苏地区以及和田地区的边境旅游规划为例,提出了进行边境旅游规划的具体措施。
The paper advances three characteristics of frontier tourism planning in China＇s western region （ coordination, depth tourism） tedness, and guidance） and three principles （ paper also brings forward the procedures of ecological protection, local specialty, and infrontier tourism and illustrates the concrete measures in conducting such tourism with four prefectures in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
