摘要
介绍了一种和传统精梳机相区别的精梳机钳板机构的新方案设计,该钳板摆轴传动机构采用具有停歇功能的共轭凸轮机构。采用新的钳板摆动机构使给棉罗拉固接在机架上,不随下钳板移动,减少了下钳板组件的质量;锡林位置下移,下钳板由原来的前后移动变为绕定点摆动,从而使给棉棉花须丛的搭接由原来的被动搭接变为主动搭接,有利于棉花须丛的搭接。
Introduction is made to a new blueprint preparation of nipper mechanism on the combing machine. The new is different from the conventional in that the new is equipped with a rocker shaft intermission functioned by a matched cam. The feeding roller is fixed on the framework of the new nipper rocker shaft, free of the movement of the nipper plate, less of the weight of the nipper plate pack. The location of the cylinder is downward, the movement of the nipper plate is changed from back and forth to rockering on a fixed point, making the joining of the cotton strand active instead of positive, hence advantageous to the joining of the cotton strand.
