摘要
目的探讨早期切痂植皮治疗深度(Ⅱ、Ⅲ度)手烧伤的临床效果。方法选择2000年1月～2005年6月我科施行早期切痂植皮术的手深度烧伤患者135例(196只手),对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有病例均成功实施手术,196只手全部治愈,功能优良率达93.4%,平均住院时间18±6.5d,术后发生皮片坏死7例(12只手),皮下血肿21例(36只手),未发生感染及手指坏死。结论采用早期切痂植皮术治疗手深度烧伤疗效可靠,住院时间短,并发症少,可有效防止瘢痕挛缩,促进手功能恢复。
[Objective] To expore the clinical curative effect of early escharectomy and skingrafting in treatment of deep hand burn（Ⅱ ,Ⅲ）. [Methods] The clinical data of 135 patients with deep hand bum （196 hands）, who underwent early escharectomy and skingrafting in our department from January 2000 to June 2005, were collected and retrospectively analyzed. [Results] Operation was successfully performed in all the patients and 196 hands were eared. The excellent rate of hand functional recovery reached 93.4% and the average stay was （18±6.5） d. Postoperative complications included free skin graft necrosis in 7 cases（12 hands） and eeehymoma in 21 cases （36 hands）, and there was no infection or finger necrosis. [Conclusions] Early escharectomy and skingrafling can be applied in treatment of deep hand burn with advantages such as reliable curative effect, relative short length of stay and few complications, preventing cicatricial contracture and improving hand functional recovery.
