摘要
采用茎叶喷雾法,测试了Agri-50E对温室番茄白粉虱的作用。结果表明,间隔14d两次施药,第一次药后3、28d,2.5、3.33、5L/hm2处理对白粉虱的防效在55%～68.9%、71%～85.7%、80%～91.3%;对照药剂10%吡虫啉90ga.i./hm2,防效54%～63.3%。Agri-50E防效和速效性都好于吡虫啉。
Greenhouse experiments were conducted to determine Agri-50E efficacy in controlling white flies （Trialeurodes vaporariorum）. TWo spray treatments were applied at 14-d intervals. Agri-50E at 2.5, 3.33, and 5 L/ha provided 55- 68.9, 71-85.7, and 80-91.3% control, respectively, when observed 3 and 28 d after the initial treatment. A standard comparison of 10% imidacloprid at 90 g a.i./ha provided 54-63.3% control. Efficacy and speed of control was greater with Agri-50E than with imidacloprid.
