摘要
美国西北林业计划和我国正在实施的天然林保护工程有很大的相似性,都是由政府资助的以天然林保护为目标的大型林业生态工程。美国西北林业计划针对国有森林经营中涉及的重要问题给出了适当的解决方法,这对我国正在实施的天然林保护工程具有借鉴意义。介绍美国西北林业计划的实施过程及其国有森林经营的变革,并在此基础上讨论对我国天然林保护工程的几点启示。
American Northwest Forestry Program is very similar to China ongoing Nature Forest Protection Project Both of them are large-scale ecological programs sponsored by governments, aiming to protect natural forestx American Northwest Forestry Program has appropriate solutions to the important problem involving state-owned forest management. It is useful and meaningful to China Nature Forest Protection Project. The paper mainly introduces the implementing process of American Northwest Forestry Program and the reform of state-owned forest management. On the base of them, it gives some views on China＇s Nature Forest Protection Project.
