基于胜任特征的素质测评模型的运用分析 被引量:1

摘要 基于胜任特征的素质测评模型的应用越来越受到理论界及实践界的关注,从方法上对基于职位分析的传统测评体系构成一定的威胁。本文将胜任素质概念置于“人员—职位—组织”匹配的框架中,指出企业在明确各职类从业人员产生高绩效的胜任素质要素、素质级别的基础上选拔出具有适当核心动机和特质的胜任者,通过测量和评价个人的相关行为倾向,预测未来的业绩表现,引导人力资本在特定岗位所需的知识和技能具有最高投资效益.
