摘要
进入二十世纪九十年代以来,我国各级图书馆在管理中逐步引入"人本管理"的理论和实践,图书馆界出现了许多研究人本管理的文章,内容主要集中于人本管理的对象、适用原则和具体管理方法等,本文就这些年出现的有关图书馆人本管理的文章进行综述。
In the 1990＇s, humanistic management is introduced to the management of libraries in our country, there are many articles about humanistic management in library, mainly dealing with the objects and standards and means of humanistic management. This article summarizes these articles on humanistic munagement in libraries.
