摘要
探讨全直肠系膜切除在直肠癌根治术中的应用．对48例直肠癌患者按照TME原则行根治性切除术。48例均行根治性切除，其中行Miles手术8例，前切除40例。全组随访l～22个月，无局部复发，无吻合口漏。死亡1例，死亡原因为术后行盆腔放疗致肠管广泛损伤，肠功能衰竭。结果表明，TME是直肠癌手术中应该遵循的原则。
Radical resection with total mesorectal excision（TME） was performed in 48 cases with rectal carcinoma,and in this study the therapeutic effect was evaluated. Of the 48 cases,40 underwent anterior resection and 8 cases underwent Miles resection. Follow-up of 1-22 monthes found no local recurrence and anastomotic leakage. One case was dead due to postoperative pelvic radiotherapy which resulted in extensive damage to the intestine,thus failure of intestinal function. It is suggested that TME should serve as a principle in the surgical treatment of rectal carcinoma.
