摘要
锦/棉/氨针织弹力绒染整加工时经常会出现锦纶沾色、底面和绒面异色、弹力绒门幅克重不稳定等问题,通过对活性染料的选择,改进染色方法,并调整柔软整理工艺,使以上问题得以解决。
Nylon/cotton/polyurethane knitted goods features soft handle, clean back ground, elasticity and no pilings. Problems arising in wet processing involve nylon staining, color difference between back ground and cover velvet, unstable width and weight. Through dyestuff selection, optimization of dyeing and softening processes, the above problems can be well solved, and the product quality is stable.
