摘要
应用黄药酯化氨解法合成了5种硫氨酯系列捕收剂,并对它们的性能进行了分析检测,结果表明,烷基硫氨酯的捕收性能优良,随着非极性基的增大,即氮原子上的取代基增多,铜精矿的质量、产率和回收率相应增加,铜精矿的品位则随着取代基的增多而递减。
Five kinds of thionocarbamates collectors were made by the technics that xanthate esterified by organic halide and ammonolyzed by amine. Their properties were measured. The results showed that the collecting performance of alkyl thionocarbamates was exclent and the more substituting groups the N atom had, the more copper concentrate's quality, productivity and yield could be obtained, but thetenor of copper concentrate decreased.
