摘要
探讨了先进的计划与排产系统(APS)的含义和理论基础,指出了在大锻件企业开发和应用APS的必要性。举例说明APS可实现及时准确的客户响应,提高了准时交货率和整个生产供应链的同步性。并对大锻件企业如何开发应用APS提出了建议。
The concept and the theoretical base of the advanced planning and scheduling system （APS） have been described in this article, which has indicated the necessity for the development and application of APS in the heavy forging manufacturer. The example has been shown that APS can realize the quick and accuracy client response, and improve the on time delivery date and the synchronism of the whole production supply chain. Meanwhile the recommendations for the heavy forging manufacturer how to develop and apply the APS has been set forth as well.
