摘要 根据细胞相容性评价的试验方法,对自制的一种改性纤维素医用材料进行了细胞相容性评价.采用细胞生长抑制法(MTT比色法)测定了改性纤维素材料对L-929小鼠细胞的细胞毒性.结果表明改性纤维素材料对L-929细胞无明显毒性作用,毒性评价为0级或1级;采用间接接触法测定了改性纤维素材料对血液的体外溶血试验,结果表明改型纤维素材料对血液的溶血率为1.5%,小于国家规定的5%,属于无溶血反应. Based on the GB standards of cytocompatibility evalution tests for medical materials, this study evaluates the cytocompatibility of materials synthesized from cellulose. The cytotoxicity of the materials from cellouse was evaluated by the method of cell relative growth rate of L-929 mouse fibroblast cultured in the medium of extraction of the material from cellouse. The cytotoxicity test showed that the cytotoxicity graduation of the materials from cellouse is 1 or 0, and showed nearly no cytotoxicity. Hemolysis test were conducted by the method of indirect contact and its results showed that the materials from cellouse has no obvious hemolysis reaction, the hemolysis rate in vitro was 1.5 %.
