摘要
作者以自然界生物体的“隐性基因”和“隔代遗传”现象为生物依据,提出一种将父代个体的优劣情况与子代个体的原始适应度相结合来进行个体选择的方法,并将该方法结合到通用的遗传算法中,从而提出一类新的改进遗传算法IPGA。实验结果表明,该方法能有效提高算法的收敛速度和收敛率。
A new method based on the concealed gene heredity happened in biological circle is proposed, which combines the original fitness of offspring and the objective function value of the parents to select individual. It has been successfully integrated with the ordinary GA. A new kind of improved genetic algorithm called IPGA is proposed consequently. The experimental results show that this method can speed up the optimization speed of algorithms and raise the convergence rate effectively.
