摘要
目的及早有效地纠正妊娠期高血压,以预防子痫的发生。方法回顾性分析2002～2005年收治的子痫病人32例的临床资料。结果32例子痫病人均治疗满意。结论子痫的临床表现以抽搐为主,积极治疗妊娠期高血压,控制抽搐,为其治疗原则。
Objective Correct gestational hypertension effectively early in order to prevent the disease of the eclampsia. Methods The clinical data were analysed in 32 cases of eclampsia after treatment between 2002 and 2005. Results Thirty two cases of eclampsia presented good results. Conclusion The main clinical manifestaion of eclampsia is twitching. The gestational hypertension of active treatment and control twitching, is regarded as its therapeutical principle.
