摘要
针对近年来中国城镇化进程迅猛,农村水资源出现了农业用水短缺和水污染等问题,在分析了中国农村水资源利用现状的基础上,阐述了中国农村城镇化进程中的水资源可持续利用的对策,包括建设高效节水防污的城镇体系、建立节水型农业生产体系和完善水资源综合管理等。
In recent years, the coming course of village urbanization is going so fast that a series of water problems in villages comes out, such as shortage of agricultural use water, water pollution and so on. The strategy of sustainable water utilization in the coming course of village urbanization is expatiated on the basis of analysis of actuality for water resource in village, including building high-efficiency, water-saving and pollution control town system, establish water-saving agriculture system, and perfect integrate water resource management.
