内皮素及其受体的研究进展
摘要
内皮素作为一类新发现的活性多肽,可促进癌细胞 DNA 合成,抑制细胞凋亡并促进新生血管的生成;运用内皮素-1受体抑制剂,有望在抗肿瘤血管生成中发挥有益的作用。本文就内皮素及其受体在喉肿瘤中的研究作一概述。
