摘要
目的提高对鼻腔恶性黑色素瘤(malignant melanoma,MM)的诊治水平。方法回顾分析20例鼻MM 的诊治经过。结果肿瘤多位于鼻腔外侧壁和鼻中隔,肿瘤外观黑褐色和暗红色,呈结节状、菜花状和息肉状,触之易出血。结论早期发现,早期诊断,广泛彻底的手术切除加术后放疗是提高本病生存率的关键。
Purpose To improve the diagnosis and treatment of malignant melanoma of the nasal cavity. Methods 20 patients with malignant melanoma of the nasal cavity were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of the 20 patients, the tumor arised mainly from the lateral wall of nasal cavity and nasal septum. The appearances of the tumors are black-brown and red, It presents with tubercular, polypoid and cauliflower-like. It bleeds easily while touching it. Conclusion Early diagnosis and extensive excision of malignant melanoma have great effects on increasing survival rate. （Chin J Ophthalmol and Otorhinolaryngology, 2006,6 ： 105 - 106）
