彩超在指间动脉疾病诊断中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的应用彩超的高级血流成像技术(B-low、BFI、BFI-angio),研究指间动脉的血流动力学改变,以探讨彩超诊断指间动脉疾病的可行性。方法选临床疑为诊雷诺综合症患者18例,正常对照组20例。应用高级血流成像技术(B-flow、BFI、BFI-angio),对两组患者的食指尺、桡掌侧动脉进行血流动力学研究,分别测量血管内径(D)、收缩期最大流速(Vmax)、搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)。结果两组研究对象显示率100%,雷诺综合症患者指间动脉的搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)均升高,收缩期最大流速(Vmax)降低,血管内径(D)变细。P<0.005。结论彩超的高级血流成像技术(B-flow、BFI、BFI-angio)作为一种无创新技术,能显示指间动脉,方法准确可行,适合临床推广应用。 Objective To analyse the flow hemodynamic changes of interphalangeal artery diseases. Methods In 20 normal controls and 18 Raynaud syndrome patients, interaphalangeal arteries from radial palmar artery and ulnar palmar arteries were scanned by B-flow, BFI, BFI-Angio. We measured the diameter, maximum systolic velocity, pulsatility index and resistence index. Results Interphalangeal arteries could be displayed with a rate of 100% in the two groups. In patients with Raynaud syndrome ,The pulsatility index and resistence index were higher than those in the control group, but diameter and maximum systolic velocity were slightly lower than those of the control group, P〈0. 005. Conclusions B-flow, BFI and BFI-Angio of color Doppler ultrasound was a novel, noninvasive technique, which can display the morphology of interphalangeal arteries. The measurement is feasible, precise and worthy of clinical application.
