摘要
目的：研究不同医生两次读Ｘ线直视摄影术（ＲＶＧ）牙片结果的一致性。方法：１００张ＲＶＧ牙片经３位医生的２次盲法读片，以尖周是否有破坏为标准进行判断，用卡帕值来分析结果。结果：３位医生两两比较的卡帕值分别为０．４９、０．５７和０．５１；每位医生间隔２周的２次读片结果卡帕值分别为０．６３、０．６５和０．５８，均属中度或高度一致。结论：ＲＶＧ牙片应充分利用但不能依赖，要参考多方面的信息。
Aim: To study the agreement of evaluating radiovisiography(RVG) dental films by different evaluators and times. Methods: 100 RVG dental films were observed by 3 endodontists at two times and evaluated based on thelr apical conditions, and analysed the results with Kappa value. Results: The Kappa values between every two endodontists were 0.49, 0.57and 0.51 respectively. While the Kappa values between two times of each endodontist were 0.63, 0.65 and 0.58, respectively. The strength of their agreements ranged from“moderate” to “substantial”. Conclusions: The authors suggest that RVG dental films can be made use of but can't be relied on during clinical diagnosis and treatment.
