A Method for Solving Eyeglasses Interference in Infrared Face Recognition

摘要 基于特征脸,提出了一种区域特征元补偿的方法来消除红外人脸识别中眼镜的干扰.首先进行眼镜的检测,然后提取红外人脸的特征元向量并进行补偿,最后进行分类识别.实验结果表明,该方法不仅简单、容易实现,而且有效地提高了红外人脸的识别率. A method of region eigenface component compensation based on eigenfaces was proposed to solve eyeglasses interference in infrared face recognition. First, eyeglasses is detected, then eigenface components are extracted from infrared face and are compensated for the following classification. The experimental results show the method can be easily realized, and recognition performance is improved substantially.
