摘要
以苯甲酸和正丁醇为原料,甲苯为带水剂,用自制的 Bi-capped Keggin 型高钒杂多酸 H_7PV_(12)Mo_2O_(42)为催化剂,合成了苯甲酸正丁酯。探讨了催化剂用量、原料配比、带水剂用量和反应时间对产品收率的影响。结果表明,合成该酯的最佳工艺条件为:n(正丁醇)/n(苯甲酸)=3,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的10%,带水剂用量15 mL,反应温度控制在110~115℃,反应时间90 min。在最佳实验条件下,酯收率可达87.12%,表明 H_4PV_(12)Mo_2O_(42)是一种合成苯甲酸正丁酯的优良催化剂。
Bi-capped Keggin heteropolyacid H7PV12Mo2O42 was synthesized and used as catalyst for the synthesis of n-butyl benzoate using benzoic acid and n-butyl alcohol as raw materials and toluene as a carrying water reagent. The effects of reaction conditions were investigated. The optimal conditions obtained for the reaction are as follows: mole ratio of alcohol to acid: 3, mass ratio of catalyst to reactant: 10% ,volume of water carrying agent: 15 mL,reaction temperature: 110-115℃ and reaction time 90 min. Under theses conditions,yield of n- butyl benzoate could to reach 87.12%, suggesting that H7PV12Mo2O42 is a good catalyst for the synthesis of n- butyl benzoate.
