摘要
松香在微波下进行酯化,研究了醇的用量、微波功率大小、微波辐照时间等对反应的影响,确定以氧化锌为催化剂,在800 W功率微波辐照下反应80 m in,制备的松香十二醇酯酸值为8.1 mg/g,软化点为98.3℃;松香乙二醇酯酸值为11.2 mg/g,软化点为83.2℃。最佳反应比:松香与十二醇的摩尔比为1∶1.5,松香与乙二醇的摩比为1∶0.65。
The effects of alcohol dosage, microwave power and reaction time on the esterification of rosin under microwave radiation using zinc oxide as a catalyst were studied. Dodecanol rosinate with acid value 8.1 mg/g, softening point 98.3℃ and ethylene glycol rosinate with acid value 11.2 mg/g, softening point 83.2℃ were prepared under 800W microwave radiation for 80 min with the molar ratio of rosin to dodecanol 1 : 1.5 and the molar ratio of rosin to glycol 1 : 0.65.
