摘要
企业财务管理风险是指由于多种因素的作用,使企业不能实现预期财务收益,从而产生损失的可能性。财务风险客观存在于企业财务管理工作的各个环节。高校企业是经济发展中的一个特殊群体,其财务风险的存在,无疑会对校办企业的生产经营产生重大影响。从高校企业财务管理工作的实际出发,明确校企财务风险成因及制定防范控制,对校办企业降低财务风险、提高效益,具有十分重要的意义。
Risk in the financial management of an enterprise refers to the possibility of the denial or loss of the expected financial income. It occurs in every sector in the financial management of the enterprise. Financial risks in college enterprises, a special kind of enterprises coming into existence in the economic development, will, without doubt, greatly affect their normal production and management. Based on the author＇s rich experience of the financial management of college enterprises, this article discusses in details the formation of the risks in the financial management of college enterprises and the ways to restrict them. It aims to help college enterprises reduce financial risks and increase the economic benefits.
