摘要
我国近期引进的F级燃气轮机,有的已进入性能试验考核验收阶段。确保机组在设计的燃机透平进口温度下运行,是进行性能试验时测定机组输出功率和效率的基准条件。介绍了燃机温度控制方式及其与机组性能试验出力和热耗率的关系。指出温控修正参数的准确性将影响燃机透平进口温度,从而影响燃机性能试验的基准。还介绍了通过轴功率平衡和能量平衡,推算燃机透平进口温度的方法,以供试验时参考。
A method for gas turbine inlet temperature control is presented, and the effect of this method upon the power output and heat consumption rate of a unit during the performance test is also discussed. The results of the research indicate that the accuracy of temperature control correction parameter will affect gas turbine inlet temperature, and hence affect the basis of gas turbine performance test. A calculation method for gas turbine inlet temperature through shift power balance and energy balance is also presented, providing a reference for combined cycle unit's performance test.
