摘要
目的:观察褪黑素对大鼠子宫内膜异位症模型细胞因子及自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性的影响。方法:采用手术移植法制备大鼠子宫内膜异位症模型,大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组和褪黑素高、低剂量组,测定大鼠的血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8及脾脏NK细胞活性。结果:褪黑素治疗组与模型组相比血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8活性明显降低,脾脏NK细胞活性显著增高。结论:褪黑素对子宫内膜异位症大鼠具有治疗作用,其作用机制可能与其抑制TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8以及增强脾脏NK细胞活性有关。
Objective To observe the effects of melatonin on cytokines and nature kill cells in endometriosis rat models. Methods Rats were randomly divided into four groups, including normal control group( n = 10), model control group (n = 10), melatonin group 1(melatonin 2 mg/kg, n= 10) and 2(melatonin 4 mg/kg, n= 10) . The endometriosis rat models were induced by surgical implantation. At the end of the experiment, the levels of serum TNF-α, IL-6 , IL-8 and the activity of nature kill cells were measured. Result The levels of serum TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 in melatonin group 1 and 2 were lower than those in the model control group, the activity of nature kill cells in spleen of melatonin groups rose more significantly than that in the model control group. Conclusion Melatonin may have the therapeutic effect on the endometfiosis by down-regulating the activities of serum TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8 and up-regulating the activity of nature kill cells in spleen in endometriosis rat model.
