摘要
大豆孢囊线虫胁迫对大豆生理生化特性及产量影响的研究结果表明,孢囊线虫胁迫导致大豆的净同化率(NAR)、群体生长率(CGR)均有所降低;导致大豆叶片的叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量减少;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性有不同程度的降低;组织外渗电导率提高,膜脂过氧化作用增强,丙二醛(MDA)含量增加;孢囊线虫导致大豆落花落荚加剧。
Soybean physiological and biochemical index as well as production under the stress of heterodera glycines was studied in this paper. The result showed that soybean net assimulation rate and crop growth rate reduced graduately while the stress intensity increased. Photosynthetic pigment which include chl. a., chl.b and carotenoid of leaves decreased. The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT), reduced. Relative-electronic rate(%) increased . content of MDA and proline increased under the stress of Heterodera glycines. The percentage of follen flowers and pods increased. production decreased reached singnificant level, separatly.
