奥美拉唑联合西沙必利治疗返流性食管炎的疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的:观察奥美拉唑联合西沙必利治疗返流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法:将85例返流性食管炎患者随机分成三组,治疗组(奥美拉唑+西沙必利)30例,奥美拉唑20mg每晨口服,同时西沙必利5mg每日3次餐前服;奥美拉唑对照组28例,仅奥美拉唑20mg每晨口服;西沙必利对照组27例,仅西沙必利5mg每日3次餐前服。三组疗程均至少8周。结果:治疗组显效率及总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:奥美拉唑联合西沙必利治疗返流性食管炎较单独用药临床疗效更加显著。
