摘要
指出了在高校国有资产管理中存在的思想认识不足、管理制度不健全、管理方式欠妥、国有资产流失等问题,分析了影响国有资产良性管理的因素,提出了加强管理,要领导重视、摸清家底、完善管理制度、重视无形资产管理,防止资产流失。
The insufficiency in cognition of the supervision of state-owned property of university, the faultinesses in its supervisory system, the improper modes in the supervision and the run-off of the state-owned property etc. are presented in this article. And the faetorys that affect benignly the supervision of state-owned property are also analyzed here. The article thus brings forward some suggestions such as strengthening the supervision, heightening the recognition of the leaders, having a thoroughly knowledge of the property, berfecting the supervisory system, attaching importance to the supervision of invisible property and preventing the property form off-running.
