摘要
以淮河洪泽湖以上流域为例,采用分布式水文模型,根据降雨和流域内水利工程的现状应用情况进行降雨径流与洪水过程预报研究,同时对息县、鲁台子、蚌埠、蚌埠以下淮北以及淮南流域进行参数率定.预报模型在2003年淮河大洪水预报中进行了检验,取得了较高的预报精度.
According to the rainfall and current situation of application of hydro projects in the river basin, the rainfall runoff and flood hydrograph were forecast for the upper reaches of the Huaihe River above Hongze Lake by use of the distributed hydrological model, and the parameters of the model were calibrated for sub-catchments of Xixian, Lutaizi, Bengbu, and the north and south areas of the Huaihe River below Hongze Lake. The model was applied to forecasting the Huaihe River flood of 2003, and the high accuracy of forecasting was achieved.
