摘要
在Reid等人工作的基础上,对Vilsmeier反应作了进一步改进,以硫化钠代替使用,贮存均不便的硫氢化钠分解Vilsmeier盐,以较高的收率获得一系列的3-硫代甲酰基中氮茚(硫醛),测定并研究了3-硫代甲酰基中氮茚(硫醛类化合物)的红外光谱1、H核磁共振谱、质谱,归属了主要谱峰,探讨了它们随化合物结构变化的规律.
The Vilsmeier reaction was improved on the basis of the work by Reid, erc, sodium hydrosulfide which is not convenient to handle and to store was replaced by sodium sulfide to decompose Vilsmeier salt, a group of 3-thioformylindolizines was prepared in high yield . The IR spectra, ^1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectra, mass spectra of the 3-thioformylindolizines were measured and studied, the major spectral signals were assigned, the changing rules with the change of the structure were discussed and summarized systematically.
