摘要
大米中有机氯农药经有机溶剂石油醚的萃取浓缩后,由高纯氮气载入色谱柱进行分离,载有有机氯农药的氮气进入电子捕获检测器后,其出峰顺序为:(1)α-HCH;(2)β-HCH;(3)γ-HCH;(4)δ-HCH;(5)七氯;(6)艾氏剂;(7)ρ,ρ’-DDE;(8)狄氏剂;(9)ρ,ρ’-DDT;(10)ο,ρ’-DDT;(11)ρ,ρ’-DDD。用该方法测试的结果表明,在米面中分别添加1mg/kg和0.1mg/kg混合农药标准物时,各种标准物的回收率为86.19%~106.86(3次平均值),相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.95%~7.53%。最低检出限为0.002~0.005mg/kg。实样检测表明,该方法对大米品中测定这11种有机氯农药具有实际应用价值。
Organochlorine pesticides in rice were separated through the chromatography column after extracted by organochtorine solvent such as cyclohexane. When the N2 carrying organochlorine pesticides get in electron capture detection, the sequence of appearance peak is: (1)α-HCH, (2)β-HCH, (3)γ- HCH, (4)δ-HCH, (5)Heptachlor, (6)Aldrin, (7)ρ, ρ'-DDE, (8)Dieldrin, (9)ρ, ρ'-DDT, (10)σ, ρ'-DDT, (11)ρ, ρ'-DDD. The test results showed that with this method satisfactory recoveries 86.19%~106.86%, relative standard deviation(RSD) 3.95%~7.53% and detection limits 0.002~0.005 mg/ kg could be obtained. By detecting the samples, it showed that the method was effective in the practice.
