介绍了索赔的种类和内容，分析了各种索赔产生的原因，相应地提出了各索赔费用的计算方法，从而保证做好反索赔工作，有效控制工程施工阶段的投资。
The kinds of claims and related contents are introduced. Based upon analysis of various causes corresponding methods are proposed to calculate claim cost in order to effectively control the investment in construction stage and do claim work well.
