摘要
分析了实行工程量清单计价模式的合理性和可行性及其优点，对工程量清单计价模式在实际运用中应注意的问题、计价方法等进行了论述，有利于提高劳动生产率，促进企业技术进步，节约投资和规范建设市场。
Based upon analysis of the rationality, practicability and advantages of engineering bill pricing mode the problems encountered in practice and pricing method under engineering bill pricing triode are discussed in order to increase productivity, save investment and promote enterprise s technical progress.
