摘要
目的探讨老年性退行性心脏瓣膜病(SDHVD)误诊的原因。方法回顾性分析42例确诊的SDHVD的临床资料。结果42例中误诊为冠心病30例,风心病12例。均经超声心动图检查,均有特征性主动脉瓣及(或)二尖瓣退行性病变特征性改变。结论SDHVD是老年人常见的瓣膜病变,易造成误诊,超声心动图是较好的诊断工具。
Objective To explore reasons of misdiagnosis of senile degenerative valvular disease（SDHCD）. Methods Clinical data of 42 cases of definite SDHVD were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among of 42 cases,30 cases and 12 cases were misdiagnosed as coronary artery disease and as rheumatic heart disease, respectively. All cases were confirmed with echocardiography and featured changes including characteristic aortic valve and （or） atfioventricular valve degenerative changes. Conclusion SDHVD is the common lesion in the elderly and easily misdiagnosed. Echocardiography is superior for the diagnosis of SDHVD.
