摘要
本文通过溶液共混方法制备了聚苯胺改性PVDF薄膜,运用XRD、SEM和DSC技术分析了复合材料结构,并探讨了聚苯胺含量和频率对复合薄膜介电性能的影响。结果表明:适量PANI的加入能够诱导PVDF结晶,提高其结晶程度。随着聚苯胺含量的增大,复合材料薄膜的介电常数、介电损耗迅速升高。
It prepared Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) films modified with polyaniline (PANI) by means of solution blending method, analyzed the structure of the composites through XRD, SEM and DSC techniques, and discussed the influencing effects of the use amount of PANI and the applied frequency on the dielectric properties of the composite films. The results showed that the addition of appropriate amount of PANI into the composites can induce and enhance the crystallization of PVDF. The dielectric constants and dielectric loss of the composite films are improved with the increase of PANI content.
