摘要
介绍视频会议系统的特点和相关的技术标准以及视频会议系统在电力系统的应用情况。分析了MCU技术和超媒体技术的特点,比较了两种不同技术的优缺点,探讨了将H.320和H.323标准的组合应用方式。结合江西省电力通信网络的状况,提出了利用超媒体技术建设江西省电力视频会议系统的组网构想。
This paper introduces the character of video meeting system and the related technology standard, as well as application of video meeting system on power system;Analyzing the character of MCU technology and ultro-medium technology ;Comparing the disadvantage and advantage of the different technology;Discussing the application mode of combing H.320 and H.323 ; Proposing network management design of using uhro-mcdium technology to construct Jiangxi electric power video meeting system combined the situation of Jiangxi electric power communication network.
