摘要
这里阐述了隧道用管片衬砌结构尺寸的基本参数及设计要求,对TBM衬砌管片在管片拼装机械提升过程中的受力及滑动进行了有限元分析,以确定保证管片在装配过程中的定位精度。
A description is given of the parameters of shiled tunnel segment and the design requirement of it. We anlysis the stress and displacement of shield tunnel segment when one segment is lifted or pushed by tunnel segment erecting robot in finite elements analysis software ANSYS. The result show that the displacement between segment and robot is accept.
