摘要
论述了机床在启动状态下工艺过程精度的可靠性及分布稳定性的判定;绘制用于分析系统工作条件下的状态转移图;计算有关分布特性参数、故障率、修复率等。为分析系统在启动状态下的可靠性提供可靠的定性和定量依据。
Research results showed that the data treatment, the determination of the reliability on the technological process precision and the distribution stability status. The diagram of status moving diagnosis system was proposed. The distribution character parameter, the fault rate and renovation rate was counted as qualitative and quantitative evidence for reliability count method of system at starting status.
