摘要
目的研究整体阻抗法测定心输出量的临床应用可行性。方法7例多发性外伤患者,经床边应用热稀释法和整体阻抗法同步测定心输出量,每次每种方法均测定3次后取均值,对所得数据进行相关分析和t检验。结果热稀释法与整体阻抗法测定心输出量的相关分析表明二者呈线性相关,相关性良好;热稀释法与整体阻抗法所测心输出量数值接近,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论整体阻抗法检测心输出量稳定、可靠且无创伤性,可作为临床重危病人长期连续监测的手段。
Objective To evaluate the reliability of whole-body impedance cardiography( WBIC )and thermodilution(TD) in measuring cardiac output. Methods The cardiac output of 7 patients was measured with WBIC and TD synchronously, each case was examined 3 times with both methods. The 21 pairs of data were then analyzed by correlation and t test. Results The correlation analysis showed that cardiac output measured with TD and WBIC exhibited good linear relationship. The difference in the 21 pairs of data was not significant ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion Our results suggest that WBIC can be used as a method in monitoring cardic output for patients with critical illness.
