摘要
根据侧进气涡轮电机的涡轮转速与流场相互影响的特点,文中提出一种将三维流场数值模拟与电机动力学分析相结合的迭代模拟计算方法。该方法解决了因为涡轮转速不确定而导致三维流场数值模拟所遇到的初始条件无法确定的问题,与给定涡轮初始旋转角速度条件下数值模拟三维流场相比,提高了流场数值模拟的精度。利用该方法对攻角α=0,°来流马赫数M a∞=0.4、M a∞=0.8和M a∞=1.2条件下的某引信用侧进气涡轮电机的内外流场进行了数值模拟,数值模拟结果与工厂初步实验结果吻合良好。
An iterative method numerical simulation of 3-D flow-field was put forward, based on the interaction between flow-field and turbine rotational speed. The method solves the problem met in numerical computation of 3-D flow-fleld caused by the uncertainty of turbine rotational speed, and improves the accuracy of numerical simulation of turbine alternator with side intake ducts for the fuze. The three-dimensional flow-field of turbine alternator was numerically simulated under the conditions of the anger of attack a=0°,Ma∞=0.4, Ma∞=0. 8 and Ma∞=l. 2. The results are in agreement with the test data.
