摘要
本设计为一智能化高精度数控直流电流源,该直流电流源系统以AT89S52单片机为控制核心,由显示、键盘、报警以及恒定电流产生等模块组成。其中恒定电流产生电路采用闭环控制模式,由电流取样电阻、电压放大电路、电压比较以及PI调节电路组成。整个程序采用模块化设计,具有良好的扩展性。
This design is an intelligentized and high precision numerical control DC current fountain with MCU AT89S52 as its control core. This system is made up of the modules such as monitor, keyboard,an alarm,D/A transition and the constant electric current,mining them the constant electric current produce employs the closed-cycle control mode, which is made up of the current sampiing resistance, voltage blowup circuit, voltage comparison circuit and PI-adjustment circuit. The whole procedure is provided with good expansibility because of its modularized design.
