摘要
目的:观察强迫体位所致的骨骼肌损伤过程中线粒体形态的变化。方法:使家兔处于强迫体位不同时间,进行骨骼肌电镜观察和形态计量学分析。结果:强迫体位1周后,线粒体比表面(SS)与比膜面(SM)均明显减少;4周后,线粒体SS明显增加.而SM仍显著低于对照组;7周后,线粒体SS与对照组无明显差异,但SM仍显著低于对照组。结论:强迫体位可造成骨胳肌线粒体的损伤,随强迫体位时间不同.线粒体的形态学变化也不同。
Objective:The aim of this paperis to study the changes of mitochondria of skeletal muscle induced by strained posture,Methods:18 rabbits were divided into experiment and control groups,ex-periment animals were paced in a strained posture for various periods,and Electron Microscopic Mor-phometry was performed on the mitochondria of skeletal muscle of rabbits in strained posture,Results:When the rabbits were in a strained posture for 1 week,the Special Surface (SS)and the Special Membrane(SM)of mitochondria were significantly lower than those of the controls;After 4 weeks,the SS of mitochondria was significantly higher and the SM was significantly lower than those of the con-trols;After 7 weeks,there was not significant difference between experimental and control groups in SS,but the SM of the experimental group was still obviously lower than that of controls. Conclusions:Strained posture can induce mitochondria injury and the morphometry of mitochondria changed with the proloning of experimental time.
