摘要
本文介绍并完善了作者提出的一种根据历史地震资料估计走滑断裂带地表断层平均滑动速率的方法:"均一滑动法"。该方法以累积地震滑动量在断层不同部位随时间趋于均等的假定为基础,通过"等效同震滑动面积"(u·l)与断裂段长度L之比,估计每次地震的"均一滑动量"d,再由τ时段内的累积均一滑动量与时段长度之比估计断层的平均滑动速率。进一步可根据时间可预报模式以及更新模式估算地震原地复发的平均时间间隔。作者对比了本文的方法与Brune法的不同之处,给出了计算平均滑动速率、平均复发间隔和其它有关参量及其误差的计算公式,并以滇东小江断裂带为例,对该方法的应用作了说明,同时给出了估算结果。
In this paper,a method,the uniform slip method,estimating average slip rate along surface trace of strike slip fault zone by historical earthquake data is offered.Based on the assumption that cumulative slip at different localities of a fault tends to be equalized with time,uniform slip, d, of each event is estimated through the ratio of equivalent coseismic slip area,u. l, to fault segment length, L, and then the average slip rate of fault is calculted by the ratio of cumulative uniform slip In a time interval t to the interval. Based on the time predictaable and the renewal reccurrence models,this method can be further used to estimate average recurrence interval between earthquakes at the same locality. The author has made a comparison on differences between the method proposed in this paper and the Brune' s method, given formula for caluclating average slip rate, recurrence interval and other related parameters and errors. And also, the author, taking the Xiaojing fault zone in eastern Yunnan as an example, shows the application of the method in this paper and gives estimation results.
